The world has heard the phrase “supply change challenges” more and more over the last 12 months.  The two-way radio sector has not been immune to this.  We are now seeing a delay in the delivery of two-way radios along with delays in manufacturing, availability and shipping.  This has also impacted chargers and batteries.

This shortage was mainly due to the some factories being forced to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  We then saw demand for chips soar.  This combination has resulted in the shortage that we are seeing today.

We continue to hold stocks of all our popular radios including the Motorola WAVE PTX™ TLK100.  Having seen significant growth in Motorola WAVE PTX™ over the last 12 months, we have built up sufficient stock to service both existing and new clients.  Given the quick deployment of WAVE PTX™ along with no infrastructure costs,  WAVE PTX™ continues to thrive in these unusual times.
