Motorola WAVE PTX™ is a subscription based group communication service.  It instantly connects your team across different devices and locations.  One of these devices if the TLK100 handheld radio.  Operating over 3G/4G and broadband, the radio has an embedded sim which provides connectivity to the four major networks.  The TLK100 will automatically switch to the strongest network available to ensure reliable communication and will seamlessly roam as the user moves location.

Our Client and their solution

Our client operates in the facilities management sector.  Their main site is located in Reading, Berkshire with two further satellite sites in Windsor and Bracknell.  Both Windsor and Bracknell will typically operate with one member of staff.  Given the distance between all three sites, traditional two-way radios were not a viable option.  With its wide area coverage, the TLK100 connects all sites and ensures that lone workers always remain in contact.
